A love letter
To all you freedom fighters. Fighters for love. Fighters for acceptance. Fighters to do you boo. Fighters to be unapologetically you. I am so proud of you. This life ain’t an easy one.
I love you with and without your mask. I love you in your mess and I love you in your highlights. I love you in your vulnerability and I love you in your strength. I know this all is a both-and, not an either-or story. I love you in your possibilities and I love you in your limits. I love you when you acting like a drag and I love you when you are embracing your queen.
I love you when you question everything around you and I love you when you think you figured it all out. I love you when you are upset and I love you when you are golden. I love you when you are falling down and I love you when you are picking it up.
Tears are to cry. Never ever hold them back. Cause they hurt your spine. And your backbone. But they can never crush your spirit. God made you. He freaking adores you. And you are His. His gorgeous one. Oh, how He adores chatting with you. With you witty sas.
Promise me you’ll always bring all of you to the table. I don’t want you to hold anything back. Not the dark places you shiver to go. Not the beautiful uncontrolled strength you are too afraid to face. Not the unspoken words of unchatted conversation. Not the fire of the dreams you once dared to face. I want you to be all of you.
To be honest, this post is not for the LGBTQ community alone. This post is to all of human being. Cause we are all fighting for the same. For love. For freedom. To be ourselves. For our dreams. For our community. Well, at least we should. For us. And for them.
We are in this together. This world you know. Key word to this world is “Difference in opinions does not mean distance in intimacy.” – Blair Reynolds. Remember those words in every single day. Choose love. You are not on your own. I got you.
